Floor work is where cleaning companies separate themselves. We strip and wax commercial floors, run extraction machines on carpet and clean tile and vinyl by machine and by hand, because tired floors and dingy carpet are the first things a customer notices when they walk in.

We write down what is included: which rooms, how often, which floors and carpets, and what is not part of the job. That lets you compare quotes on the same footing. A very low price for an unclear scope usually grows once the missing work is added back in.
