Commercial cleaning is not a bigger version of house cleaning. A business has opening hours, restrooms used by strangers, entry floors that take the worst of the weather and, often, rules about when the cleaners can be inside. The cleaning has to fit around all of that, which is why the scope matters more than the price per visit.
G.H. Cleaning Services, LLC builds each commercial plan around your building: which rooms are cleaned, how often, what is done every visit and what is done monthly or quarterly. We cover offices, clinics and professional suites, storefronts and small commercial buildings around Bridgeport, and we are straightforward about the jobs that are too big or too specialized for us.
There is no honest flat rate because buildings differ. The main factors are the cleanable square footage, the number of restrooms and break areas, the mix of hard floor and carpet, how many visits a week you want, whether supplies are included and whether the work has to be done at inconvenient hours. Periodic work such as stripping floors or extracting carpet is priced separately from the recurring visits.
You deal with the owner's crew, not a call center. Gustavo Acevedo runs the company, the scope is in writing, and the same company handles janitorial visits, floors, carpet and ground-floor glass so you are not coordinating four vendors.
We work out of Bridgeport and take commercial jobs across the area. See our Bridgeport service area or our page for commercial cleaning in Stratford next door.
Offices, clinics and professional suites, storefronts and small commercial buildings. The best fit is a space where the cleaning scope can be written down room by room and repeated on a schedule. If your building is very large or specialized, describe it when you call and we will say whether it is a fit.
Most scopes include emptying trash and recycling, cleaning and restocking restrooms, wiping counters and common surfaces, cleaning entry glass, and vacuuming or mopping floors. Periodic items such as carpet extraction or floor stripping and waxing are scoped separately so you only pay for what you use.
Put the quotes side by side and check that each lists the same rooms, the same number of visits per week and the same tasks per visit. A bid that is much cheaper often leaves out restrooms, floors or entry glass, which you then discover after you sign.
Tell us what you want when you call. We write the scope for the arrangement you are asking for, whether that is a single deep clean, a recurring schedule or a recurring schedule with periodic floor and carpet work added.
The scope is not set in stone. If you add a suite, change your hours or want carpet or floor work added, we update the plan and the price to match instead of leaving you on a package that no longer fits.
