Office cleaning is mostly about the small things going right every time: a desk that is wiped but not rearranged, a break room that is ready on Monday and a restroom that never runs out of anything because someone is checking. It is steady, unglamorous work, and it is the reason people notice an office when it is not done.
Offices in Bridgeport range from a two-person practice in a downtown building to a suite shared with other tenants on a common floor. Shared hallways and lobbies are owned by the building, but your suite entrance, restrooms and floors are yours, and the scope should say exactly where our responsibility starts and stops.
The number of workstations and rooms, how many restrooms and kitchen areas there are, the mix of carpet and hard floor, and how often you want visits all move the price. So do access, such as a building with a security desk, and whether you want us to supply consumables. Larger tasks like carpet extraction or floor stripping are quoted separately from the routine visits.
You get a crew run by the owner, Gustavo Acevedo, and a scope that spells out what happens on every visit. If the office changes, adding a suite or shifting the cleaning days, we adjust the plan rather than make you work around it.
We clean offices in Bridgeport and can also help businesses in Fairfield and Trumbull; see our full list of service areas.
We wipe down clear surfaces and clean around personal items, papers and equipment. We do not move or read documents, so if you want a desk cleaned fully, clear it before the visit. Anything sensitive can be left in a drawer or cabinet.
Access is part of the plan we agree on: who opens the space, whether we hold a key or code and what alarm steps apply. Tell us how your building is secured and we will write the access arrangement into the scope.
Yes, break rooms and kitchenettes are part of a normal office scope: counters, sinks, tables and the outside of appliances, plus trash and recycling. We do not clean the inside of refrigerators unless it is listed in the scope.
There is no one rule. Tell us the size of your office, the number of rooms and how often you want it cleaned, and we will say plainly whether it fits what we do.
Emptying trash and recycling is standard. Shred bins are normally handled by the shredding company, so we leave them alone unless you tell us otherwise in the scope.
